I would like to add an RSS feed to one of my pages on my WordPress site. Are there any good plugins that achieve this with customizable features? Most of the ones I find deal with customizing your own WordPress feed.

I know nothing about blogging, Its just that my friend tells me to use wordpress but I want to start my blog offline to save money. So, can I use ez generator as an offline blogger while using wordpress on it?
