is there a way to export info on wordpress posts to a spreadsheet for a content audit?

I am doing a content audit on a blog that has several hundred posts. I need the title, url, category, author, etc in some form of a spreadsheet. I feel like there must be a way to export this data from wordpress as it is already categorized.

Is there any issues with regards to importing an old wordpress mysql database to a new one?

I imported my old wordpress mysql database to a new database in my hosting account, then deleted the old one. The site’s showing up ok, as of now. So i’m wondering if I missed any step during the importation that might pose as a problem in the future. Did I do right?

Is there a WordPress plugin or mod that allows multiple posts in one submission?

I manage a wordpress site that requires plenty of contents to be submitted. Is there a plugin or a way to increase the amount of submission forms so I can submit like, say, 5 posts per submission? Each of the forms needs their individual title, tag and excerpt forms too.

Is there a WordPress plugin that shows different sidebar widgets on different pages?

I’m looking for a WordPress plugin that will allow me to assign certain sidebar widgets to certain pages. So for example on the homepage I might want all sidebars to show, but on the “About Me” page I might want only a sidebar with all of my contact information to show.
