How does this WordPress plugin know what people are searching for on my site on Google?

A wordpress plugin called Statpress can show you the last 10 results of a Google search–the cool thing is that these searches are directly related to my site–in other words, Statpress can tell me that someone was searching for “why is the sky blue” and then it figures out that our example search brought them to our site. How and where is it getting this Google search data? We don’t use analytics, so it’s not that I don’t think.

How to encourage people to click on my WordPress entries?

Hey guys, if people visit my wordpress blog, and they can read the whole thing without clicking on the entry, would that lower my visitor statistics?

Is there anyway to make them click on the entry in order to read it in full? There are only a few themes that feature excerpts like that.
