awful interviewer.. you can see he’s a loyalist from the establishment.
@slowlybutfasholy Dude. Don’t you have anything else better to do? I see comments like these? And alien ambassador from Venus working at CIA headquarters and I just shake my head. Are you people on magic mushrooms or what? Seriously, you all think everything is a conspiracy and that Osama Bin Ladin is actually blood brothers of Obama and that the north pole has a hole where aliens live under the ground. For fuck sake. Misinformation? deliberate? or just fucking trolling?
Jeremy Paxman sounds like a disrespectful prick!
@jhamler1 why do you assume that… given, youve no idea if his microphone placement or amplitude adjustment may be different than chomskys? those are just a couple possibilities amongst many which would explain why he sounds loud
@suqqmydiqq ANATOL LIEVEN
gaddafis death was faked.
globalist vs. nonglobalist. gaddafi is a freemason in with the elites this is a scam on libyans and americans……..gaddafi is a globalist…he is an enemy working with us government..
@jhamler1 Chomsky is hard at hearing. I went to one of his lectures and he constantly told people who were asking him questions to “shout at him”
Can anyone tell me the how you spell the name of the author of that article on Pakistan and Afghanistan that Chomsky mentioned, or better yet the name of the article? I really want to read it.
@jhamler1 Don’t mind him.. That’s just Jeremy Paxman.. & that’s what he does……
I wish I had the capacity to remain that calm when someone was hyperactively shouting at me like that.
What is wrong with honest trading between 2 countries? you know like bargaining and producing something that the other country would want which would create jobs
here in the west.
The US and nato has done nothing good for the middle eastern people ever

Baloch Human Rights council is a human rights organisation . Bhrc has done its best to highlight the Baloch grievances to the newly elected govt. of pakistan. Daada e Balochistan, Shaheed nawab Akbar Bugti in his last statements have clearly stated that Baloch demand is HAQ e HAKIMIYAT ie sahel and Vasaahel. BHRC demands to zardari are on the same line and infact being a human rights organisation we have gone a step further , demanding a constitutional amendments,
somebody clone this guy.
@kenanandlewis Well, you did bring the idea of «attacking» something into the mix. Let me quote you:«…there seems to be a quantitative difference in people attacking HIS (Chomsky’s) ideas as opposed to the ideas of mainstream politics which sees the bombs being dropped in the first place» Why on earth would someone who’s interviewing Chomsky attack the ideas of mainstream politics when the person being interviewed is already doing it ? That was my point !
@SickerThanThou Firstly, I’m not suggesting anyone “attack” anything, just making an observation. Secondly, your Chomsky/O’Reilly analogy only works if we disregard the levels of intellect involved. You prefer a challenging interview to an agreeable one…? Me too! I just think there’s room for EXPLORING (not agreeing with) ideas rather than just fighting them. I suggest you reread the comment you’ve attempted to reply to because you’ve not actually addressed anything I’ve said.
@kenanandlewis Attacking the ideas of mainstream politics when interviewing Noam Chomsky would be like attacking the far left while interviewing Bill O’Reilly. It’s useless and counterproductive, in the sense that it doesn’t challenge the ideas of the person that’s being interviewed. Plus I think that Mr. Chomsky is perfectly willing to be challenged and can answer his critics very effectively.
Chomsky’s right in that it would have been better for Turkey and Egypt to be involved. But he leaves out that fact that THERE WAS NEVER ANY CHANCE OF THAT HAPPENING.
Neither country expressed any interest in helping their Muslim “brothers.” No Muslim country did. So what’s Noam’s backup plan?
7 months on, the rebels in Libya have for the most part won and are grateful to all those who helped them. It is now up to them to set up a better society then they had before.
Paxman did come across as tongue tied and awkward but it is not easy facing such a formidable mind as Prof Chomsky. I don’t think anyone has got the better of him in debate in 50 years.
Chomsky is a genius. Paxman is an Idiot
