you can delete the them folder from your host, go in via the online panel or ftp in if you know hoe.
bin the theme and try again
The sidebar is part of the theme. If you change themes, you are subject to whatever the new theme contains in its sidebar, if anything.
You could:
1 use widgets to replace the objects you once had
2 pay a developer to move the old sidebar to the new theme
3 revert back to the old theme
Simply go onto your blog and login, if you cannot login as you cannot find the login on the sidebar, go to http://www.example.com/yourblog/wp-login and login. This should then allow you to find the themes section and select a new theme.
Hopefully this should solve your problem, if it doesn’t, however, I’d recommend you took a backup of your MySQL database and reinstall WordPress.
Good luck,
Max
