For that login to your webhost via web or ftp. then go to open file manage, Public_html > wordpress>wp-content/themes/ and upload the theme you want. you can download some free themes from http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ Then login to wordpress via yourblogname.com/wp-admin while you are logged in go to appearance, and select the theme you just uploaded. neway i assume you want to change your theme…

For that login to your webhost via web or ftp.
then go to open file manage, Public_html > wordpress>wp-content/themes/ and upload the theme you want. you can download some free themes from http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/

Then login to wordpress via yourblogname.com/wp-admin
while you are logged in go to appearance, and select the theme you just uploaded.
