You would download your pluging to your MyDocument folder (I created one called WordPress). Next thing is to unzip the Plugin. With your FTP Program you will then Upload the entire Plugin file to your WordPress Plugin folder on your domain server.

I went to wordpress and there is no where to upload your own plugins. Can anyone suggest how to do this?
