They have a good package where you can have hosting of up to 100 domains for $10/month. I really like them. They also use cpanel and fantastico, so installing wordpress is actually really easy through this function. And yes, you can import the free wordpress templates, but you need an FTP client to upload them to your server. There are free FTP programs out there, I use SmartFTP personally, but there are others.
