Make your WordPerss automatic upgrade
This is a GREAT WordPress plugin!
I am a lazy blogger, and once I install a blog with WordPress, I will not upgrade even if the Admin board reminds me that there is a new WordPress version until I find the WordPress plugin:Wordpress Automatic Upgrade.
And this plugin, WordPress automatic upgrade help me upgrade automatically. One year ago, I have this idea but I did not find this plugin, and now, this is a first plugin when I install a blog with WordPress.
This plugin do this automatically instead of your work.
- Backs up the files and makes available a link to download it.
- Backs up the database and makes available a link to download it.
- Downloads the latest files from http://wordpress.org/latest.zip and unzips it.
- Puts the site in maintenance mode.
- De-activates all active plugins and remembers it.
- Upgrades wordpress files.
- Gives you a link that will open in a new window to upgrade installation.
- Re-activates the plugins.
There is a tip, just install this plugin, but do not active this plugin until you need to upgrade your WordPress blog.
