It’s a good news to WordPress fans like me 
. Also it’s a good news to web designer or WordPress themes authors. There many themes host on the directory just after some days.
As a WordPress user, you can download your favorite theme on the WordPress themes directory.
And as a WordPress theme designer, you can also share your theme, and link to your blog if you follow the requirements, not bad.
